Wool Soakers

I am sooo excited to try out a new wool soaker that I bought at Nicki's Diapers! It is Kissaluvs and is really soft and looks like it will be super comfy for Fia to wear. Cloth diapering

If anyone out there is considering the use of cloth diapers, I would highly recommend them. When I thought the old prefolds were the only option, I chose not to cloth diaper my daughter Sophia right away. Upon doing more research, I found that there are so many varieties of cloth diapers that I didn't know about. Many are as easy to use as disposables. The up-front cost might scare people away, but if you are planning to have more than one child, the amount will be recouped twofold. Plus, there is a nifty new invention to help clean them: a diaper sprayer. It attaches easily to your toilet and you can use it to spray "ickies" into the toilet, so you never actually have to touch anything gross when cleaning. If you just want to try a style or two of cloth diapers to see how they work, I highly recommend getting them from nicki's diapers - they have a trial program to encourage the use of cloth diapers.
